Cortense Custom Dashboard, Explained
Our easy to use custom dashboard gives you 24/7 remote access to the date from all the sensors installed.
RAG Status
The dashboard shows data for each sensor, at each location. The RAG (Red, Amber, Green) system is based on information from Legionella Risk Assessments (LRAs):
Red - we would recommend taking a look at this outlet, as the temperature or flow is not being achieved in accordance with compliance
Amber - there is a change in temperature and flow which could be considered compliant, but this outlet should be monitored further
Green - the flow and temperature is reaching the correct levels and can be considered compliant.
Flow & Temperature Over 24 Hours
The chart view provides an overview of a 24 hour window for an outlet.
The vertical blue lines indicate flow has been detected
The horizontal blue line is the temperature of the pipe at sensor point
The red zone indicates the temperature zone which can help Legionella bacteria grow in times of stagnant flow
The information on the left provides an overview of the water flow and average temperatures of that specific outlet
Downloadable Report
The downloadable reports are designed to mimic the reports typically created manually on-site. The RAG status is broken down for easy interpretation and there is a signature box on the final page so Duty Holders have a physical copy for their records.
